Base Recipe (Cookies)
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- semisweet chocolate chips (OPTIONAL, MEASURE WITH YOUR SOUL)
Steps
- 375 preheat
- Mix flour and baking soda in one bowl with spoon
- Mix everything else in another bowl with mixer
- combine and mix flour bowl with everything else bowl, mix with mixer
- throw in chocolate chips, mix
- Throw in freezer while waiting for preheating to finish
- Put on cookie sheet in cookie balls
- oven it for 8-10 minutes
